1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77ae ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to your access to and use of the 77ae website at https://77ae.io, including all associated pages, services, games, sportsbook, promotions, and any other features offered through the platform.

Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77ae reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and must be kept up to date. 77ae may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77ae will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted or available on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

77ae reserves the right to suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised party, or is being used in breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

77ae accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 77ae does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the deposit amount returned to the source payment method. 77ae accepts no liability for funds deposited from third-party sources.

5 Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the 77ae cashier. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete. This includes submission and approval of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered mobile number.
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 77ae finance team.
